A: Please complete the online enquiry form on the website. We will then send you a fixed price quote via email. Once you approve the quote, we’ll arrange a convenient time for assembly.

A: Yes, we have extensive experience with popular brands such as IKEA, Argos, Habitat, Next, Bensons for Beds, Dunelm, Wayfair, and many others.
Q: What are your working hours and scheduling options?
A: We offer flexible booking slots to suit your schedule – 7 days a week. Our team will always arrive within a one-hour time slot at the arranged time.
Q: How is pricing determined?
A: We charge a fixed rate per item, so you know the exact cost upfront with no hidden fees or hourly rates. This makes budgeting simple and transparent.
Q: When and how do I pay?
A: Payment is collected after the job is completed. We accept cash, bank transfer, debit, or credit card. You will receive an invoice via email.

Q: What happens if parts are missing or damaged?
A: If minor parts like bolts and screws are missing, we will try to replace them with spares. For major missing or damaged components, we provide a report so you can address the issue with your furniture supplier.
Q: Do you dispose of packaging materials?
A: We do not take responsibility for leftover packaging materials after assembly. Customers will need to arrange disposal themselves. However, we will separate all cardboard packaging, making it easier to manage your recycling.
