It is important to securely anchor your IKEA Malm chest of drawers and other IKEA furniture to the wall.

In light of the recent injuries and deaths caused by IKEA Malm drawers tipping over, we would like to remind our customers that some IKEA furniture should be fixed to the wall; such as wardrobes, bookcases and tall drawer units. We offer this service free of charge when installing all new furniture requiring a wall fixing.

This includes all makes of furniture and not just IKEA.

You can pick up a wall anchoring kit from your local IKEA store, or alternatively we may be able to supply you with a free wall bracket kit (while stock lasts). Please ask us about availability when making a booking.
